These Terms of Service govern your use of vanskaitrading.ca and any purchases made through Vanskai Trading. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. WHOLESALE & RETAIL BUSINESS ACCOUNTS ONLY - Vanskai Trading supplies approved business accounts only. Access to pricing and the ability to place orders is restricted to approved accounts. To apply, complete the wholesale application on our website. Approval is at the sole discretion of Vanskai Trading.

  2. ELIGIBILITY - You must be a registered business to apply for an account. Eligible businesses include smoke shops, vape retailers, convenience stores, wholesalers, and retail store owners purchasing for resale. By applying, you confirm that you are purchasing for resale purposes and not as an end consumer.

  3. PRICING - All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

  4. ORDERS & PAYMENT - Orders are subject to product availability. A minimum order value of $600 CAD is required to complete checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. For any orders below $600, contact Vanskai Trading directly to receive shipping rates.

  5. SHIPPING - Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on rates, timelines, and free express shipping thresholds.

  6. RETURNS & REFUNDS - Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. All sales are final unless a product is defective or incorrectly shipped, or is eligible for return or refund according to the Refund & Refund Policy.

  7. PROHIBITED USE - You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose. Resale of our products must comply with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws and regulations.

  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - All content on vanskaitrading.ca, including product images, logos, and text, is the property of Vanskai Trading and may not be reproduced without written permission.

  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - Vanskai Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

  10. GOVERNING LAW - These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
