Return & Refund Policy

WHOLESALE & RETAIL BUSINESS ACCOUNTS — B2B SALES ONLY - This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Vanskai Trading (BN: 767692510) by approved wholesale and retail business accounts. We supply torches, lighters, knives, sunglasses, accessories, and related products to businesses across Canada for resale purposes. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final except under the limited conditions described below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS
We accept returns or issue refunds only in the following situations:
Defective or Damaged in Transit Manufacturing - defects or damage that occurred during shipping (not customer handling). Must be reported within 7 business days of delivery with supporting photos or video.
Wrong Item or Short Shipment - Items received that were not ordered, or quantities missing from what is clearly listed on your packing slip or invoice. Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind / Over-Order (non-defective items) - Unopened, unused, and fully resaleable products only. Must be returned within 15 calendar days of the invoice or shipping date. A 15% restocking fee applies.
All returns require prior written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Vanskai Trading. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned at your expense.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with the following:
- Order or invoice number
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue (required for defects, damage, or shortages)
- Quantity and description of items to be returned
We will review your request and issue an RMA number, typically within 1 business day.
You must ship items back in their original, unopened packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.
Once received, we will inspect the return within 2–3 business days and process your refund or credit accordingly.
Inspection Note: All returned goods are inspected and recorded upon receipt. Items showing signs of use, tampering, or missing original packaging will be refused and returned at your expense.
RESTOCKING FEES & REFUND AMOUNTS
Defective or Damaged in Transit — No restocking fee — 100% of product value refunded — Original shipping fee not refunded
Wrong Item / Short Shipment — No restocking fee — 100% of affected items refunded — Original shipping not refunded
Change of Mind (unopened only) — 15% restocking fee — 85% of product value refunded — Original shipping not refunded
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit upon request. Store credit is valid for 12 months and has no cash value. Taxes, duties, and original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Any opened, used, or partially used products
- Consumables of any kind once the seal is broken
- Display units or point-of-sale materials that have been opened or used
- Custom or special-order items
- Products purchased on clearance, closeout, or marked as final sale
- Any item returned outside the applicable time window (48 hours / 7 business days / 15 calendar days)
- Products that have been altered, engraved, or had labels removed
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
EXCLUSIONS & DISCLAIMERS
- This policy applies exclusively to approved B2B accounts. Any retail customers purchasing from your store are governed by your own store's return policy.
- Vanskai Trading is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, third-party couriers, or events beyond our control.
- All products are subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws and regulations. Returns must comply with all relevant health, safety, and age-restriction requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from accounts with a history of excessive returns or policy abuse.
- This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect on the date of your order governs that transaction.
